Printing & Importing Batches

In the Direct Time Entry screen, the user can also print a batch, import batches from web timesheets, or import batches from Excel copy and paste. These options are available under the You Can Also button at the bottom of the screen.

Printing a batch allows the user to generate a printed report. This is the same report generated by the Print Document on Add function.

Importing web batches ties in with the web-based application Eralis Anywhere.

The user can import transactions from other external sources. For example, if a company has a payroll system where they track staff timesheets, they can integrate that external system into Eralis Job and then import the transactions into Direct Time Entry.
