System Settings are accessed from the user drop-down menu that is available to system administrators.
Data Entry Lock Date allows an Administrator to prevent data from being submitted and modified up to a specified date. All entries for time, resource, expense and materials with a posting date on or before the Lock Date cannot be saved. Entries with a posting date after the lock date will not be affected.
This feature can be disabled by removing the Lock Date.
Use Analysis Codes from Quote. If this is ticked, then when new transactions (Time, Resource, Expense, Material) are being entered, when the Item Code is selected the fields for Analysis 1 & 2 will be auto-populated if there is a Subjob quote entry matching the selected Item Code.
Note: if multiple Subjob quote lines are found for the same item that have analysis codes, the first one found will be used.
The next 3 tick boxes can be used to hide the selected fields from data entry.
Subjob Summary Columns relates to the information shown on the Signature Capture form. Use <ctrl> + <click> to choose which fields you want included on the report.
