Help for Eralis Service is activated by clicking on the ? icon on the top right hand corner – beside the Logout and Change Password options.
Go to the web timesheet application and browse to:
Timesheets > Settings
You will see a setup option for Online Help Location - change the URL in this field to:
https://eralis.software/wp-content/uploads/other-products/service-manual/index.html
Or you can browse to this location manually.
The change of URL only holds for the logged in user. If the users are logging in via terminal server, then every user of Eralis Service will need to login to the terminal server and change this setting themselves to access the help files.
All the information is saved in a cookie which is saved in each user's temporary folder, so there is no quick way to it.
Alternatively, they can add the URL to their favorites and just launch the URL manually from a browser, rather than from within the application.
