Bulk Stock Check

The stock check process in Eralis Job is equivalent to the MRP process in SAP Business One. The stock check allows stock required to complete a Job (based on quoted quantities) to be compared to the current level of stock on hand. You can then pick the stock onto the Job or generate a purchase order, which will be linked back to the applicable Job. A stock check can be run for each Job, or through the bulk stock check process. A recommendation can be applied across multiple
Jobs to generate consolidated picking or purchase orders. More details relating to the stock check process are discussed in other areas of the help documentation.

Below is the selection criteria that can be used to select the data that is displayed in the stock check window.  The data can be filtered by many options available in the stock check selection criteria screen such as by Subjob, Analysis codes and a range of other additional filters.
