Creating Jobs: From A/R Quotes

SAP Business One offers the ability to create A/R quotes to customers using the standard SAP
Business One marketing documents. With Eralis Job installed, those quotes can be copied through to a Job. The process of copying the quote to a Job is a wizard-driven process, similar to the standard SAP Business One Copy From wizard, and allows you to choose to either create a
new Job, or link to an existing Job as a new Subjob. The wizard will then create the required Job structure and copy the line details from the A/R quote through to the quote details on the Subjob.

The business processes and requirements of each company will dictate which method of creating or quoting on a Job is most suited to their needs, but ultimately, no matter which quote source the company chooses to work with, the information can easily be extracted into Eralis Job.
