Creating Jobs: From Service Calls

Eralis Job has strong links through to the standard service management functions in SAP
Business One. These functions allow users to record a service request using the standard
SAP Business One Service Call functions, and then have the Service Call automatically create a new Master and Subjob, or just a Subjob (if the Service Call is already allocated to a Master Job), in Eralis Job. The linked Job structure can then be used to track all costs associated with carrying out the service and, if required, billing to the customer.

There are several different ways that the integration between the service management tools in SAP Business One and Eralis Job can be structured, allowing the effective tracking of the costs and
profitability of the service work carried out, and the profitability of maintenance contracts.
