Eralis Job module is licensed in a named-user manner, similar to the license model of SAP
Business One. The product comes with a built-in evaluation license which provides a 5 user license limited to processing 700 transactions through Eralis Job.

Access to the Eralis License Administration area is restricted to superusers in the SAP Business One user setup.

Evaluation License

The following steps are required order to activate the Eralis Job evaluation license:

1. Open the License tab of the Eralis License Administration screen in SAP Business One: Administration > License > Eralis License Administration.
2. Select the relevant application on the left side (Eralis Job), then click the Demo button to set
   the evaluation license.

License Activation

To activate a full license, you need to export the system license details and email the file to Eralis devsupport@eralis.software. We will send you a license file to import into the system. This license file will contain the number of users purchased by the company.

The steps required are as follows:

1. Open the License tab of the Eralis License Administration screen in SAP Business One: Administration > License > Eralis License Administration.
2. Select the relevant application on the left side (Eralis Job) and click on the Export button.
3. Email the license file to Eralis.
4. We will send you an updated license file with your user licenses.
5. Import the returned file into your system using the Import button.

This will update your system with the necessary user count details and allow you to allocate the licenses to your users. 

In versions 9.02 or higher of Eralis Products or Anywhere 1.100 or higher the VALIDATE button can be used to auto-validate the license details.  Our license server URL is contacted via Port 80 to update the license details automatically.  Alternatively, if the port is not accessible, we can provide the license details and this can be manually entered into the Eralis License Administration screen as outlined above and the user clicks update to save the license details.

User License Allocation

The following steps are required in order to allocate / re-allocate user licenses.

1. Open the Allocation tab of the Eralis License Administration screen in SAP Business One: Administration > License > Eralis License Administration.
2. Select the user you want to assign / un-assign a license to.
3. Assign / un-assign the appropriate application license on the right side of the tab.
