A Cost-Plus % value can be set on the Item, Subjob Header and/or Job Header. New Subjobs will inherit the Cost-Plus % value from the Job Header, but this value can then be adjusted if required.
When Cost-plus is enabled on the Item Master, Eralis Job will calculate the Job line's sell price by applying a cost-plus percentage to the item cost. When material Job lines are created, the Cost-Plus % field on the item will be used if defined, else the Subjob Cost-plus % value will be used.
On the Item Master, a cost-plus of 0% will be ignored unless Use Item Cost-Plus % when Zero is set to 'Y'.
Cost-plus can be configured in the Job Initialization to apply to all inventory items or only to purchased items.
