Document groups can be accessed through Administration > Setup > Job > Job Configuration sub-menu.
Eralis Job allows you to attach files of any nature directly to a job, providing a single place to find all information related to that job. When attaching a file, the user can either store a path to the file (i.e. a link) or save directly into the database.
When a file is attached, the user can add details about the file and assign a file to a group for sorting purposes. Inside the setup form, the company can define the options that are then available in the Group drop-down combo box when attaching a file. This field is used to group similar attachments together for easy access and reference.
A document group is also required as part of the Microsoft Project integration. In the setup of the Microsoft Project integration, a document group needs to be defined which the system will then use to attach all the generated project plans.
