Import from Quote Wizard

The Import from Quote wizard is accessed from the You Can Also button on the Direct Material Entry screen and allows the user to perform bulk data entry of quoted material lines.

Using the wizard, the user can select a range of Subjobs and also filter Subjobs by Status, Type, Category, Branch and Properties.  Once all relevant Subjobs are chosen, the Direct Material Entry form is populated with material quote lines from the selected Subjobs.

The Ignore quote lines with Actuals checkbox is used to prevent material quote lines from importing when an actual material Job line already exists.

The Include non-inventory items checkbox will include non-inventory items in the import.
