Overview

The Direct Material Entry function inside Eralis Job allows the user to draw inventory directly from a company warehouse within SAP Business One and assign it to a job. Behind the scenes, an SAP Business One stock transfer is being carried out. The inventory is transferred from the warehouse specified on the line, to the Eralis Job WIP (work-in-progress) warehouse. 

There are several ways to record or capture Material entries:

1. With the Direct Material Entry screen accessed via the Transactions menu or via the Transactions tab - New Button on the Job and Subjob.

2. Via Job Card entry.

3. From web-based Material entry options (i.e. in Eralis Anywhere).
