Importing Job Codes

Each Job must have an associated Project Code in SAP Business One.

The import template ENPRISE_JOBCOST_NEWPROJECTS can be used for importing the new Project Codes to the ENPRISE_JOBCOST_NEWPROJECTS table in the SAP Business One database as per the steps above. Alternatively, Project Codes can be imported using the DTW.

When Eralis Job is started, it automatically checks the table ENPRISE_JOBCOST_NEWPROJECTS for any new Project Codes / Job IDs; if any are found it will enter these into the SAP Business One Projects table using the UI API.

Note: Do not import project codes in to ENPRISE_JOBCOST_NEWPROJECTS if they already exist in SAP Business One.
