The scheduling system allows users to provide recommendations of which employees can work on a job. The skill allocations are based on job types, categories and properties.
You can define which job types, categories or properties an employee is able to work on. This can be defined against the company default working schedule, the scheduling templates that are created, and against an individual employee.
When the system provides a recommendation, it looks at the job type, category and properties that are assigned to the subjob in question. It then compares these to the job types, categories and properties allocated to an individual employee.
Skill allocations can be configured under Administration > Setup > Job > Job Scheduling > Job Scheduling Setup - Skills Tab.
