Removing an Application

Eralis add-on applications can be removed using the SAP Business One add-on administration utility.

The Add-On Administration screen lists all active add-ons in a grid on the right-hand side of the screen, and a list of add-ons that can be installed in a grid on the left-hand side

The first step in the process is to move the add-on you want to uninstall from the grid on the right-hand side to the grid on the left. When the add-on is moved across, the Remove Add-on button becomes active allowing the add-on to be uninstalled from the system. To complete the process, log out of SAP Business One and then log in again to start the uninstall.

It is important to note that uninstalling the add-on does not impact the database structures or the data that has been saved. No data is deleted during the uninstall and no database structures are removed. It is also worthwhile to note that when the application is installed, it does not overwrite existing database structures or data.
