Jobs within Eralis Job are structured into two tiers.

1. The Master Job contains the overall details of the job.
2. Within each Master Job, a single Subjob is automatically created, allowing you to break down jobs into smaller components or phases. Subjobs can also be used to track change variations and perform more detailed reporting. You have the ability to create multiple Subjobs under each Master Job.
   
   All inbound transactions are processed at Subjob level (e.g. timesheets, material entries, A/P transactions, etc.).
   
   All outgoing transactions, like invoicing and manufacturing procedures, are processed at a Master Job level.
