Eralis is a software development company, publishing a variety of business management solutions. As part of Eralis’ responsibilities, these applications are constantly being developed and enhanced to accommodate new functionality, maintain compliance with regulations and changes to related products, along with correcting any issues that have been identified in the software.
The software developed by Eralis is implemented and configured by channel partners; Eralis is responsible for supporting those partners by providing a combination of product related training material, product update information, self-help support assistance, along with third level product support at no charge to the partner.
Eralis provides free third level support relating to our products to all registered channel partners for sites that are up-to-date with their annual maintenance.
The majority of this support is carried out via our online support system, but where necessary, online meetings can be carried out. Support is provided during standard operating hours in North America with after-hours support available for urgent issues.
