Error message: Wrong executable digital signature

If a user attempts to start an add-on and either of the following error messages appears:

1. Wrong executable digital signature for add-on
2. The new version of add-on Eralis … is installed. Upgrade the add-on in the current Common database.

Please perform the following:

1. Log out of SAP Business One and run the following script in SQL:
   UPDATE ENPRISE_SECURITY
   SET VERSION=999
   WHERE APPLICATION=
2. Log back into SAP Business One which should then start up the add-on. This will reset the version number back to 999 and force the system to run a database update. This should fix the SQL error. If not, uninstall the add-on, run this script again and reinstall the add-on again.
