The Jobs button is added to the Business Partner Master Data form which displays all the jobs associated to the business partner. The button only works for customer type business partners. When the user clicks the Jobs button, a form similar to the My Jobs screen is opened. This allows the user to see all the jobs associated to that customer. The user can then apply a filter to the displayed jobs based on the status of the job.
