Sales Quotation

The A/R sales quote has an additional feature that is not available on other marketing documents. Create Job has been added to the form to allow a user to convert an A/R quote directly to a job or subjob. This can be useful in situations where the company is using the Sales Opportunities module inside SAP Business One and links the opportunity to a quote. If this quote is accepted, it can be pushed straight through to a new job or subjob.  

Quotes can be raised either in core SAP Business One and then pushed through to a job, or created directly inside Eralis Job. The process of creating a job or subjob from the quote is a simple wizard-driven process that follows a similar format to the Copy From function available on the other marketing documents.
