Inside the database, open the table ENPRISE_JOBCOST_SETUP and set the value for the field NEXTJOBID to be the starting value that you want the system to work from.
At the same time, make sure that the table ENPRISE_JOBCOST_UNUSEDJOBID is empty (most of the time it is and if you delete any values inside there, it won't create any issues).
