Cannot drop the index DBO.OPQT.OPQTENP_GR

When upgrading or installing Eralis Job on SAP Business One version 9.0 PL10 or higher, the following error message is shown:

Cannot drop the index DBO.OPQT.OPQTENP_GR because it does not exist or you do not have permission

This issue is related to the SAP patch that you have upgraded to.

This is a known issue with SAP. We have logged this with SAP and they have responded to us.

Solution:

There is a script that you will need to run in order to resolve this but you will need to request this from SAP as it involves changing SAP Business One tables.

We are not at liberty to give this out and they need to review each case, and therefore each database.

Please contact SAP, providing them with the support ticket number 367851 and they should be able to provide you with a script to resolve this issue fairly quickly.
