Cannot open any Eralis Job reports

There may be several reasons you are not able to open Eralis Job reports, including:

1. System message: Cannot Load Report. Check Viewer and Report Locations.
2. Error running report: Report does not exist - C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\AddOns\Eralis Solutions\Eralis Job Costing\Reports\......rtm
3. Your system is not reading from the correct location.
4. Your laptop is running on a 64-bit environment.

To check the viewer and report locations, please go to Administration > System Initialization > Eralis Job, then go to the Forms tab.

The first field is the Form Viewer Location - this is where the report viewer location is specified. This is referring to the EnpriseReportViewer.exe file.

The next field is Form Folder. This is where you specify the folder that all the reports and forms are located.

In order to have all users working with the same form and report layouts, these files need to be moved to a shared folder on a network drive and this path adjusted to point to that folder. UNC paths can be used in the field.

We recommend that the form viewer path points to a file on the local client machine, while the form folder points to a shared folder. This way the forms tend to run slightly faster as the form viewer does not need to be loaded from a remote location. 

Please note that if your machine is running in a 64x bit environment then the files are located under C:\Program Files (x86)....
