Can't load JCCrystalReportViewer HRESULT

When trying to run a Crystal form within Eralis Job, the user gets a red line error message:

Can't load JCCrystalReportViewer, please make sure the Crystal Report runtime installed properly: Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.

This error indicates that the Crystal view redistributable has not been installed on the machine.

In order to use Crystal Reports with Eralis Job (relating to form not reports run off the main menu) each workstation needs to have the Crystal redistributable (CRRedist2005_x86.msi) installed.

Once you have installed the file, please ensure that you re-start the workstation.
