The approval procedures have been implemented in version 9.03.270 for purchase orders that are created via the stock check function. The approval process can also be triggered when you create the purchase order from the New button on the Purchasing tab.
For the stock check function in Eralis Job to trigger the approval procedures in SAP, The Enable Approval Process in DI checkbox on the BP tab in General Settings will need to be enabled.
