Error when running Crystal forms for any Eralis Job screens

The following error is displayed:

Load Report Failed
Unsupported Operation. A document processed by the JRC
engine cannot be opened in the C++ stack.

Basically all this means is that the form viewer path is not set correctly.

Go to Administration > System Initialization > Eralis Job > Forms tab

The first two fields need to have the correct paths there. If the machines have different OS, some 32 bit and some 64 bit, then they will need to have the correct path set accordingly.

For 64 bit machines it will be:

C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\AddOns\Eralis Solutions\Eralis Job Costing\Reports

For 32 bit machines it will be:

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One\AddOns\Eralis Solutions\Eralis Job Costing\Reports

The first field is the directory where the form viewer is held...EnpriseReportViewer.exe and should be set as a local path.

The next field is the directory where the forms and reports are held and should be a shared directory so that everyone is drawing from the same files for reports and form layouts.
