Service Call Creation

Menu path:  Service > Generate Service Calls

This form will be populated from maintenance plans that have service events due.  To create service calls, ensure the Process check box Is checked then use the Create Service Call button.

If Eralis Job is in use, a new Job (or Subjob of an existing Job) will be created.

There are also additional buttons on this form:

Filter                                       this contains selection criteria so that you can filter what is shown on the main form

Set Job Type                            this will override the job type of all selected rows

Set Job Category                      this will override the category of all selected rows

Set Job Status                          this will override the status of all selected rows

Load Equipment Cards            this can be used to refresh the result set
