Rent Overview

Eralis Rent is an extension of Eralis Job, meaning that each user of Eralis Rent must be licensed to use Eralis Job. However, not every user of Eralis Job needs to be a user of Eralis Rent.

Eralis Rent contains the core functions and available tools in Eralis Job, which are enhanced to include equipment that can be rented out as part of a Job. The solution is intended for companies that perform projects requiring job costing, that also have an equipment rental element. The system will track the equipment that is being rented out to the customer, the labor costs associated with that rental, as well as any maintenance fees.

The combination of Eralis Job and Eralis Rent provides a central location to get an overview of the project. This includes the labor requirements, expenses and materials as per standard Eralis Job functionality, as well as equipment that has been dispatched on a job and the related invoices. On the Job, the user can find consolidated quotes and invoices for rental equipment, labor and materials.
