Eralis Automate adds the ability to define maintenance plans on a customer equipment card, which will trigger the creation of service calls for the equipment.
Only customer equipment cards that are assigned to a service contract can be scheduled for recurring maintenance. Note that if the customer equipment card is covered by a service contract that has been specified as ‘site maintenance’ rather than regular maintenance, then these additional details will not be available.
Equipment Card Maintenance Plans
General Tab
Plan Reference. Maintenance plan descriptor.
Service Call Type. The type of service call to be created.
Job Creation Type. If the service call type selected above is configured in Eralis Job to integrate between SAP Service and Eralis Job, this is the default that will be used when the service event is created.
Master Job Id. This field is no longer in use. Instead the UDF U_ENP_JobID against the Equipment Card will be used to specify the master Job for the new Subjob to be created under.
Linked Service Contract. Customer SAP Service contract.
Frequency Option Tab
Define the frequency of service event.
Activity Options Tab
If an activity is to be created at the same time as the service event, then define defaults for it here.
Service Requirements Tab
When a Subjob is created for the service event, if there is anything defined in this tab the line details will be transferred to the Quote tab of the Subjob.
Price determination options:
By Requirements Take the sell price from this screen for the Quote
By Job Use Job defaults to determine the sell price in the Quote
