• Create service calls for customer equipment cards
• Daily, weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and yearly service frequencies; can also be triggered by equipment usage
• Multiple service plans for a single piece of equipment
• If Eralis Job is in use, creates Jobs or Subjobs based on service call type

Recurring Service Contract Invoicing

• Create A/R invoices for approved service contracts
• Daily, weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly and yearly invoice frequencies; value can also be determined by equipment usage
• Uses A/R quotations as billing templates (for fixed value invoices)
• Optional revenue recognition
